What’s the Deal with Blue Light?
Blue light is a high-energy part of the visible light spectrum that helps regulate your sleep, mood, and alertness. Sounds good, right?
It is... in moderation. But here’s the problem:
Your screens are flooding your eyes with unnatural levels of blue light—from your phone, laptop, tablet, even LED bulbs. And unlike sunlight, this exposure doesn’t stop when the sun goes down.
The fix? Block the excess blue light to protect your focus, protect your sleep, and give your eyes the break they deserve.

What The Science Says
Studies from the University of Toronto and Laval University found that blue light blocking lenses can cut melatonin disruption up to 87%.
In bright lighting, orange-tinted lenses preserved melatonin levels, while standard lenses caused a 46% drop—leading to poor sleep and circadian imbalance.

The Science-Backed Way to Block Harmful Blue Light
At Light With Ember, our Orange Tint glasses are designed with CR-39 —materials trusted for their lightweight feel, prescription-grade clarity, and long-lasting durability.
Ember's Orange Tint Glasses filter 99.5% of blue light before they reach your eyes, reducing headaches, dryness, and mental fatigue. And when evening hits? Less blue light means more melatonin, deeper rest, and better mornings.
Still unsure? You’re covered by our 15-day risk-free guarantee—so you can try Ember worry-free and feel the difference for yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will They Help With Eye Strain Or Headaches?
Many of our users say yes. Our glasses are designed to reduce glare and filter high-energy blue light—two common triggers for screen-related eye strain and tension headaches. If you spend hours on a screen, they can make a noticeable difference in how your eyes and head feel by the end of the day.
How Do The Glasses Work?
When worn consistently in the evening, our lenses block specific wavelengths to improve sleep. Backed by studies showing up to 87% less melatonin suppression, they’re a simple, science-backed way to support your body’s natural rhythm.
Can I Wear Them During The Day?
Absolutely. Our lenses are designed to block harmful blue light from screens and overhead lighting without distorting color, making them perfect for all-day use—whether you’re working, studying, or gaming.
Why Use Glasses If I Have Night Shift?
Night Shift helps, but it only filters part of the blue light spectrum—and only from your screen. It doesn’t block ambient light from overhead LEDs or other sources. Our glasses add a stronger, more complete layer of protection that works across all screens and environments, day or night.
As pictured. They say men's, im female and they fit me fine. Great communication from seller throughout shipping process. Recommend!
Much better than others that had sales success, at least these pass the Blue Light test found on the Internet. The blue doesn't look gray as it should, but it looks darker, resembling black. The cyan indeed mixes with the green and the white mixes with the yellow in the test.
Search for blue light test on the Internet, some colored circles will appear to perform the test.
Everything is clear, no need to take a photo, but now I'm thinking of ordering the second one with different lenses, I liked them.
Complete set (glasses, case, cloth, instructions, in a good box).
